I do not keep saddles or tack in stock, the items you see on this web site I have made for other clients and are examples of what I can do for you. Turnaround time depends on the orders on hand when each new order is confirmed, expect a minimum 8 months for tack, 14 months for saddles. I do not guarantee the turnaround time on any order. Payments: As all items are custom made to the size, color and individual requirements of the customer, therefore full payment must accompany the order. There are no order cancellations or refunds. Orders once accepted by Okanagan Saddlery are a binding contract, all sales are cash and are final. Supplies (leather & hardware) are ordered immediately upon receipt of order. around these markings but at times some markings will remain. All leather & hardware
is ordered specifically for the each order, and is of the best available. We do our best
to match colors but because leather is a natural material there will be variations in
